Not able to use application on iOS version lesser than 13.0

Hi Team,

I’m using iPhone 6 , in which iOS version 13.0 is not supported, due to which I am not able to use Standard Chartered mobile app as this requires vers 13.0 and above to update the app.

On clicking the last updated installed app, it prompts me with message to update to the latest version, which system does not support.

We should be able to use with the last version of app if system does not supports the updated version.
So to use your application currently, I will have to change my device.
iPhone 6 is still running in the market and it’s not closed yet. So you have to make changes in application in such a way so that it should work in last OS version even, which is hardly 6-7months old.
Please make this app compatible to below iOS version 13.0 also.

You need to upgrade your app n services

Hi, I am using your sc mobile app (8.36) latest on iPhone 7+, I am able to see transactions (on screen) only for 4 months (Feb 2023 to May 2023), when I select calendar and move to previous months, it doesn’t show any debit or credits, it’s blank, Also why your services are very late? To resolve any issue you take long time, I wrote to SC bank regarding an issue, they took many days to come back, And I requested for e statement thru app, all I get is a ticket number, it’s been 3 days n till now it shows “processing”??? Come on guys we r living in 2023 digital age, e statement in other banks is just a matter of clicking the button n boom you have it in your email…I don’t mean to criticise u or degrade u, please take this feedback sportively n positively n give us excelled services, other than these issues everything else like security n all that is very good, Thanks

Worst credit card mobile app

This is the worst credit card mobile application I have ever experienced. There is no where you can check your statement date and your payment due date.
There is no where application tells you the total amount due which has been billed. There is a billed tab but there all your billed transactions are shown for all the past months and you have to guess on your own which ones are for the last month statemented and then add and subtract all amounts to derive your total amount to be paid.
Lastly, you will get an sms to pay your total amount due which will not match with your actual amount due and then they will charge you a late statement fees because you didn’t pay the right amount.
The team has not thought about customer experience in any way while creating the app and just created it for the heck of it.
Very very disappointing and discouraging for any user.
