Need to be updates once a year at the least.


The app looks ok but crashes at times. The reason could be, unfortunately it has not been updated in a long time. Two years is too long as far as tech is concerned. Felt disappointed when i checked and found that the app has been updated once a year for other countries Citibank app. Hope Indian customers can also get an update once a year taking advantage of the new iOS launch every year.

Gave the above review couple of years ago probably. Still the app has not got biometric verification login. Instead we are forced to type password. Banks like ICICI, HDFC have biometric verification login using fingerprint or facial recognition for the past two years. But an international bank like CitiBank is yet to incorporate it in India although other countries have it for nearly two years now.

Revamped Citi Mobile app


I had to transfer money to another account as well as pay my Card bill today. First thought by default which struck me was to go to my laptop and transact. The time my laptop took to start, rather than waiting for it I thought of transacting through Citi mobile app. It is the best upgrade till now with a very user friendly interface and a complete package to avail any day to day facility on your fingertips. Have been using other banks mobile apps as well but kudos to the Citi team for revamping and bringing out such a great updated app.

Recent Update is pathetic


I have been using this app since quite some time and after updating the app today when I tired to login using authentic credentials I was informed I am logging in from a new device where as my phone is same since almost 3 years...! I chooses to revoke the older phone and opted to re register using OTP which was accepted and then I opted for Snapshot that’s when it hanged I had to kill the app and again launched it and tried logging in using correct credentials the app just gets killed automatically the moment I tap submit after keying in my password....! Really pathetic update.
