Clinicia is a comprehensive practice management software for Doctors. It help Doctors build a clinical practice, maintain it and grow it by providing a software solution that is powerful yet easy to use.

Clinicia is a software that can be used on a computer or mobile device. Using this practice management solution Doctors can register for a 7 days trial period for free. After that an annual subscription fees should be paid for using the app.

Clinicia enables a clinic to be completely paperless. This has many advantages. A digitally stored data makes record keeping structured and much more efficient. It enables a better utilization of a Doctor’s time, better communication between a doctor and patient, and effective management of the clinic.

Here are some of the important features of Clinicia.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Keep medical history of all patients. Record every treatment done for a patient, his or her complaints, diagnosis and investigations. Upload x-rays, lab records and other useful images. Retrieve this information anytime anywhere using any compatible device.

E-Prescriptions:
Doctors can write prescriptions using Clinicia. Medicines can be selected from a preloaded list. This prescription is stored digitally and can be printed or sent to patients via email or SMS.

Payments and e-Billing:
Clinicia handles all type of payment methods. You can even send an online payment link to patients. Clinicia also let Doctors generate a bill which can be either printed or send via email to patient.

Appointment Scheduling and SMS reminders to Patients:
Clinicia lets you manage all your appointments for multiple clinics and multiple doctors using a simple calendar format. On scheduling an appointment, patients are notified of the appointment using SMS and email. Patients are also sent appointment reminders on the day of appointment. Every morning doctors get a SMS and email notification with a list of appointments for the day.

Expense Management:
Clinicia helps you record and track all expenses incurred in operating the Clinic. These expenses can be staff salaries, rents, equipment purchases, utility bill payments, etc. By keeping track of these expenses a doctor can stay on top of how much is spend where.

Reports and Analysis:
Various Financial Reports provided in Clinicia can be used to get a complete overview of Income, Expenses and Cash flow of each clinic. These reports include patient fees reports, patient payments and outstanding report, doctor wise fees report, appointment summary, etc.

Send SMS Campaign to Patients:
Clinicia allows to send mass SMS communications for messages such as festival wishes, information on check-up camps, health tips, etc. This can be done in an easy way with just a few clicks.

Multiple Clinics and Multiple Doctors:
Clinicia is a comprehensive and a very flexible practice management solution. Using it doctors can management their multiple clinics using a single account. Doctors can also add multiple assistant and consultant doctors and give them selective accesses to your clinics. Clinicia is a one stop software for Doctors.
