Good services but expensive
Connect offers good service in Punjab region where broadband market remains underserved by the telcos. However, with the advent of some companies into the horizon and their increasing capability to offer better services (in terms of speed, customer support, persistence of network etc) at lower prices puts one at wary towards connect. Connect's market dominance is slowly waining but it still seems to be engulfed in the old bureaucratic practices at its expansion. Its low CAPEX & inability to adjust to consumer demand dynamics is making connect an unfavourable choice to customers. I hope they improve their services and not force people to shift to its peers.
Customer care service is good but need some changes in plan to meet the demand and competition
App is overall good but connect should emphasize on providing more competitive plans like flat and mixed plans at low rates. Besides this, the post usage data limit should be increased. Customer care service is much better than others.
I have two connections , one at office and other at home. This app shows details of only one connection , how can I add my second connection . There is no such option. Kindly do work with this. Thanks
