Safety Checkin Cyware Pro has now been laced with a new feature called "Safety Check". Users can click on the button marked "I am Safe" and directly send a message to the company administrator expressing their safety. The company administrator can generate office location wise reports under Reports section to collate and analyse data regarding the number of users who have or have not clicked on the button.
Call Tree A new back-end originated feature called "Call Tree" has been introduced in the Cyware Pro app. The company administrator can use this feature to assess malware impact or physical safety over a push notification. The user can respond to the asked question by tapping Yes or No in the push notification itself. The company administrator can generate office location wise reports in the Report section of the dashboard.
