Very bad app. Logging an issue. Logging off another. Every button has a problem of its own. This app can’t support data retrieval at 60Mbps speed as well. Till now I am unable to retrieve any data apart from my name. Absolutely no question of re charge, addons.. no support as well. Worst app.
The app is actually a nightmare. Trying to subscribe a channel is simply impossible. Seriously, teach a 5th standard kid app development, he can develop a far better app with much aesthetics. How did Apple reviewers even allow this app on the store?? This app needs to be taken down. Nothing works right on this app.
Videocon hardly wants to pay attention to all its services and this is one of them. I try to log in and it refuses to open and when I again try to register it informs “ already registered”
The trauma starts from the 10 the minute with msgs from Videocon thanking you and asking you to register.
Worst application worst service
Downloaded this application and try to add on Sony Ten channel however it’s started another add on without my knowledge and when called customer care service they were not even ready to take complaint to that effect worst application worst service
