How can I login to the Daily Ninja app?
Daily Ninja uses secure login to authenticate users. Daily Ninja would NEVER post anything to your Facebook/Google+ profiles.
How does the Daily Ninja know my address?
The Daily Ninja app uses your GPS to locate the areas/apartments near you. You can select the area/apartment you live in and enter your complete address.

How does my order gets delivered?
Your supplies would get delivered to you everyday before 8 AM by the Daily Ninja.
When do I settle my bills?
We work in a prepaid system. You only have to maintain a non-negative balance in your DailyNinja wallet and we will keep delivering the product to you. You can add money to the DailyNinja wallet using online payment.

Wallet available balance won’t update
Anything related to money showing is your app or any other app is very crucial and important information to the user. Whenever I recharge my wallet at the bottom wallet icon is not showing total balance after successfully recharged. It still shows old balance only.
Pathetic app. Kindly fix this defect in your app.
Inflexible App ! Bad Customer Support !
New version doesn’t have the option to select milk quantity on daily basis which takes away the flexibility aspect . Also. Customer Support is like Black Box ! Chat TAT is almost 3/4 ours or sometimes even more .
Ordered one milk packet at night for the next day morning. The order was not fulfilled saying that there was no stock. That too after following up with the tech support. Pathetic services
