This is the official mobile app of the National Health Insurance Company - Daman. As a Daman member, you can now conveniently and securely access our electronic services using your smart phone.
The Daman App comes with a host of features that simplify your health insurance:
- The option to select your preferred language (English/Arabic)
- Book an appointment with a doctor in your network across the UAE
1. Search for providers and doctors based on availability, network coverage, proximity, and language preferences.
2. Book an appointment directly from the app once you select your preferred medical provider.
3. Reschedule or cancel any appointment directly from the app.

I really liked the app and features are very easy to use and not complicated. App use has been very simple and amazing experience.
Instant replies
The app gui is good. What makes it very good is the response time for approvals/ rejections which is super fast. Kudos to app developers and back end support teams
Poor Usability
Forgot password:
When you try to reset password using forgot password section, App shows an error saying that new password did not meet the password criteria but There is no details about the password criteria!!! 🤨
And there is no way user can redirect back from Forgot password screen!! 🤒
You need to kill the app and re launch!! Are you serious!!!
