Token setup
I am told to set token on the device and no where I get know how to do it. Really hopeless service and support from your bank.

Need to update the debits and credits faster
There is lot of room to improve , many transactions don’t get updated immediately and even though it’s supposed to be online many entries are I feel done manually within the back end of your bank
