We have also made changes to the homepage and checkout page for a better experience on our platform. No one will miss the dead bugs- so we have roasted a few and made some under the hood improvements that will make the experience a lot smoother.

Horrible Customer Support
When I first heard, loved the concept. Was impressed with my first order as well. Soon started placing orders daily on the app. Now starts the problem. They have really horrible customer support. The only option is through chat and they don’t respond to you for hours. I placed an order for lunch. An hour passed but it was not assigned an agent. Initiated a chat with support, no response for another 90 minutes. Not even a, “we are looking into this acknowledgment.” Just radio silence. The second time, I ordered a combo meal from KFC and they forgot the Pepsi. Reached out to customer support and got a response after 12 hours, “We apologise for the inconvenience”
I would recommend the app for our laziness but don’t plan your day using dunzo. Just not dependable !!
PS: I used the app for around 7 days and will now go back to Swiggy.
Very Satisfied with Dunzo
Chanced upon the Dunzo App by sheer luck . Saw it’s branding on the side of the road . I decided to explore this app for the only reason being Big Basket was not giving service which is prompt . Even it’s express delivery slots were atleast 1 day away.
Dunzo has been able to provide support where big Basket has not . Dunzo has provided prompt service within 30-45 mins for smallest of orders .
Till now I have ordered 4 times from Dunzo (including medicines) and every time it has met my expectations including timeline.
I must say I did not order too many products at one go and neither was my products complicated . Those were simple household stuff.
I plan to increase my usage of Dunzo.
I have been a regular of Big Basket but I have been quite often disappointed.
Dunzo has stepped in there with prompt service at short notice for even small items.
Also as of now they don’t charge delivery fees . ( because I am always happy with the service I make it a point to tip the delivery executives )
Only con I feel the app needs to be more seamless. (For example : the app is not letting me submit this review saying nicknames are taken even though I am pretty sure I have a name which is rare ! )
Good going Dunzo. Increase your customer base.
Worst service ever I have come across
I placed two continuous orders and I was forced to cancel the order.
1. The food was not available but showed up in the app and when the restaurant person spoke to me he is telling that dunzo did not give him user name and password to make the changes on his menu and made me to cancel.
2. When I placed an order again the bill showed up 100 and after discount I have to pay 50 but after the order confirmation the price went up to 125 and the agent called me and asked me to pay the balance. I asked him the balance I have is 50 after the discount he started laughing at me saying you won’t get food for 50 and he asked me to cancel the order.
Customer service : I was on a chat and I am trying to tell my concern but nobody bothered the continues reply which I got was to pay the balance “frustrating “. Between I got a call and a female spoke to me after me explaining everything she told I am sorry and I understand, I asked her what did you understand? She was blank and transferred my call to another person and he disconnected my call and I tried to communicate via chat they even blocked me on chat.
Humble request to apple: please do not allow they kind of unprofessional application on the App Store.
I did not have an option to give half start rating. You guys do even deserve a single star too.! Mark my words very soon your service will vanish from market.
