Again again again many times itself close app. Not good work app. But it’s big company how

First of all the app hasn’t been customized for iPhone X, XR, XS and XS Max screen sizes yet. We are towards the end of 2019 and I still feel like the app is being used in iPhone 7’s screen. I mean common, kindly update.
Second, the app interface is so 90s, like back in windows 95.
Third, the feedback screen after every trip should be voluntary and not a mandate. Currently it just blocks the whole screen and users can’t operate the app without giving feedback, this is quite annoying, you’re forcing the users for the same, I don’t wish to provide feedback everytime!
Fourth, why do I need to Okta verify every single time I am accessing the app, it is another annoying factor, I understand this might be organization based requirements but atleast make the Face ID work on the same instead of choosing it manually everytime. I mean it takes so much time just to login and access my roster.
The app developer need to work this app so much as currently it quite slow and worst.

Well it’s a great concept for employees to track their cabs and to check their roster. However, a great concept is let down with poor to nothing sort of implementation. We all have used Ola, Uber, Bounce, Zoomcar, Drivezy, VoGo... etc they have a very sophisticated tracking system where as this app is an disease, an incurable one. The tracking is so bad I prefer to track it using the link from sms than the inbuilt option. Most of the features are HMTL webviews/ webapps. They are not fluid as other optimised apps. The latency is so normal that it’s easier to call the driver and check where he is than check on the app. If you need to check your cab details, it’s better to call the helpline than checking on this app. It’s just pathetic. The app is just not optimised for current generation of smartphones. I wonder how would anyone owning a 5s feel while using this app.
