An issue with the exchange!
while I was ordering the refrigerator through the official website in an exchange with the old one, I dropped the old one details which is 'without damaged and if it's not working will be excepted' and later, I confirmed the order with some offers. then I checked with the delivery agent minutes before the delivery just to know the status and he told about the old machine, should be in working condition which was obvious so I called the flipkart and enquired about the terms and conditions which is 'should be in a good condition and will be excepted if it's not working' (so true). then immediately, she argued with me for minutes about the selection method of the exchange which was not showing up in the website and I double checked and found nothing about the selection method and She without hesitation tried to cancel the order which was rude at first cuz I waited four long days for the machine to arrive. on the verge of delivery, the delivery agent also wanted to cancel the process and told me to reorder the product again. long story short, it was flipkart's mistake for not updating the T&C in the website. So, I have few tricks up my sleeve and got my product delivered on time!! peace out✌🏼

This is the worst product you can buy. Trust me I’ve been stuck with a leaking water purifier on my wall for a week now. The technician from the said company has visited me three times and it’s still leaking. Please save yourself some pain and choose a better product than this. This was the review on the product. Now let me review Flipkart customer service on this. They keep on saying Sorry I can understand your problem but none of them will even contemplate what I’m trying to say. They wouldn’t give me a refund and are sure taking their sweet time to get the technician feedback.
I told them since you’ve given me an exceptionally corrupt product you can certainly arrange for a quicker resolution. To that they have a response i.e. I understand that you have had a bad shopping experience with us but we can’t help you as it’s a system generated process. To summarise, the product is BAD and on top of that Flipkart Customer Service is completely brain damaged. They give robotic answers and certainly can’t interpret how to resolve an issue other that giving me standard answers.
The cherry on top is this is how they treat Flipkart Plus Customer. Imagine that!!!!
BAD PRODUCT BAD EXPERIENCE.
Problem with balance
I ordered a few item on pay on delivery. Every time my small items were either wrong or damaged . I had my balance money for returned items which was showing . Now when on my new mobile I after installing this app my balanced money disappeared on both mobile accounts . Have been trying to get it back by using it for purchase but it shows no where 😑 which makes me quite upset .
Otherwise all things / delivery all ok . But how this app can make to disappear a persons money in wallet ??? Even if phone no changed ? Me is same mine address same !! Little discouraging . Here it’s to improve by themselves not to expect by the customer as they told me they can do nothing !! Why ?? Change or no or email though old still there , they declare a person dead ? Or disappeared 👻???
