Worst app ever and ridiculous services
Guys stay away from this fraud app and disgusting customer care services. I was trying to do recharge from 2 hrs and it was showing something went wrong, there was money in my wallet. Finally I was able to do transaction. but after deducting money My transaction was showing in process, there was no option to complain about it, whenever I was trying to complain via their app I was getting error. after 12 hrs when I tried to call at their customer care there Was only IVR running they dont have customer care executives to handle problems, then I emailed them maybe they have 2-3 people there. I got reply that in few time I will get my recharge done now its 2 days and And still this irresponsible people didn’t resolve my issue they replied me wait for 2 days. wow..such a lame customer care services. I never seen this type of disgusting services and app. I will never recommend this Freecharge to anyone, if you want peace of mind and dont want waste ur money then please stay away from this ridiculous app.

Horrible Customer Service - Negative Rating
Worst app ever. Horrible customer service. Doesn't know how to treat it's customers. They say they will transfer the amount in 24 hours and take about a month to do so after sending countless emails. That too they harass customers to receive their own money. Screw you FreeCharge. You deserve to rot in hell. I'm switching to PayTM.
More than 25 of my friends have already uninstalled and stoped using your services after I narrated the horrible customer service. Firstly, FC is hardly used by anyone as everyone uses PayTM. Will continue to get the few users to stop using it too.
Also, such a buggy app and keeps getting hacked.
This app deserves a negative rating. This is the first app in more than 300 apps that I've given a negative rating in all these years.

Useless time waste and fraud app
Don’t pay any payment by this app, coz payment transactions fail here and you need to wait for 7 days for your refund,
I personally not recommend this app, i was pay payment for electricity bill, but payment fail, today is last date for bill pay, this is very bad, coz payment not available in wallet and it was reduce from bank,i was send mail to FreeCharge they said payment will credit in 7 days, that means FreeCharge use our money for 7 days,,,,,,
So i try to customer care support at FreeCharge but there is no any person who can help you after payment we can only wait for our money,,,,,,i always use paytm coz it is best but first time use FreeCharge so the conclusion is i will Delete this app after I receive payment,,,,
