Can you ask for a better one?

It’s been a journey of 1m21d, but I’ve never been so motivated to do my workouts this long + it’s designed for your body.
In the end, the satisfaction is when you feel achieved after each workout. And, oh, the excitement to seeing your new weekly plan.

The app design is super limited & hence it makes you feel like you’re already known to this game. You don’t wake up to finding new stuff & get stressed on it.

Amazing app so far. Curious to see how it would be after half a year.


Didn’t know where else to ask so dropping it in here. I’m using the Coach and often see exercises such as Lunges which are great for legs. But the video doesn’t quite explain how to count it right. With this all the exercises I do are not comparable across the community. E.g. for lunges do I count L and R as 1 rep or as 2 reps. If it is the latter then why do we have odd number of reps in some of the interval trainings?
