Best Souls-like metroidvania on mobile!
This game draws heavy inspiration from gameplay mechanics and theme of Dark Souls, but it has its unique style as well. It’s also a great metroidvania for mobile that literally shows us the capability and reach of mobile phone gaming. Loving it and wish to see more rpg games like this on mobile that are story based and fun to play!
Good but not great
This is a good game with nice level design and a control scheme that works well given the limitations of the touch platform. I wish it was longer as it gets over abruptly and feels a little short. It starts off very well and is quite fun and a bit challenging at first, but gets repetitive after a while and I wish there was more variation in the enemies/bosses. As a result, what could have been a great game ends up feeling just ‘good’ and doesn’t quite earn the ‘great’ tag.
