Didn’t refunded my money back
Guys never ever order from this app this is just waste of time. First they will tell order will get delivered within 15 days (15 days are also way long time for a product) but actually it takes a month to deliver it. After I got product delivered I wanted to return that product coz it was big in size. They took it within 7 days of the request. As per their terms money will be refunded directly to your bank account within a month. I waited for a month I didn’t got my money I tried to contact their customer care but they are the worst of all this. Its been an year I haven’t got my money back. You should be ashamed.
Worst Customer support
Disappointed with the service. Worst service ever. All the other ecommerce website stands far better than this. App doesn’t work properly. All the items added gets disappeared. Worst customer service. While talking about the delivery or return about the package, they take as if they don’t know anything about their product, as if i was asking about some other website support. Made a request for return and the guy never showed up despite making so many calls and mails. They accept their mistake and still don’t get any solution. Each time they talk they make fake promises. Really disappointed.
So bad service
I have purchased from so many products from other online app but this time the products that I have ordered h&m loafer and is not fit for me so I want to exchange it but for exchange there is lots of issues from customer service. I don’t understand.. and for using h&m or ordering products from this app I need to give my id again and again that is why I mistyped my email and ordered products from that n size is little short I don’t understand that how to give my account to them with wrong email id and I cannot able to access it.. so let’s me know the solution.. please
