Both app and customer care are of no use. My request for shifting is pending for last 10 days. I call them like everyday and everytime they promise to fix it the same day. The excuse they give is that I wasn’t available when they called me. C’mon are you supposed to call me only once and then give up your responsibility. I’ve already paid for 3 months. There’s no way an existing customer can speak to their executive. So one has to select the option for a new connection and speak to them. Through the app one can’t request for “shifting” and the keeps on saying it failed to fetch your details all the time.
Worst experience. So use this app and service of Hathway at your own risk.
Misleading customer care
I haven't really used the app but I want others to know what a pain it is to get Hathway's service transferred to a new address. I called the customer care several times requesting the same and provided the new address equal number of times. Even paid the amount for 3 months in advance after confirming if the transfer is possible. We kept waiting for someone to contact us to get the needful done but nothing happened. It was only at the last minute that I was informed that there is no service available in the new area. The whole experience was very frustrating and extremely unpleasant!
Useless app and support
I will only comment on the app and helpdesk as both are co-related.
As u call the call centre u have to go through the tape which tries to boast about the app. But when u actually try to log a ticket though app, it gives an error which says a ticket already open for this category. I mean are u serious? U give no option to edit update or comment on open ticket and if a ticket is open the users cannot open any other ticket??
My ticket in open status is since DEC2017 which seems to be kept open so that i cannot open any new ticket.
Was this app ever gone through any kind of testing before releasing?
To add on to The misery of customers when u call the call centre they take such a long time with those IVR tapes and when u reach the executive, he takes ur details and then says: the server is down kindly call after 1 hr. I mean if the server is down it should be updated on IVR customers are already frustrated and u add on to their troubles. If the servers are down why u even ask for customers details? R u out of ur mind?
