Only Touch ID is insecure while travelling


Touch ID is cool, but only touch ID is insecure for banking tansaction. It should additionally be secured with few characters input of our internet banking password which the system should propose to ask and that should be dynamic each time we log in. Say system asks for 1st and 5th character of our password after it passes the fingerprint security. Similarly when next time looking in, the sequence of password character should change dynamically, like this time system asks for 4th and 5th character. Fixing only few characters entry will reduce the logging time and also ensure security specially in situations like when one is traveling alone on trains and at night when one is deep asleep.

Give touch id direct feature while app open by user not by pressing the bar which showing now
Secondly give super feature like invest in mutual fund ,statement , procedure pdf that how to invest and status of transaction
Third is add credit card uptodate transction on same day showing also credit limit enhancement checkup tool on this app

Overall is all feature of web netbanking should in ur small app need consider by you all feature full app coming soon hopefully

This mobile banking app doesn't seem to be professionally tested at all.
Direct pin access doesn't work after registering. After updating mobile OS, app says it's already registered on different device!! Asks us to re-register on old device. No option to remove. When tried register or go to forgot pin, it takes us to endless loop of verification, OTP, card no & finally old pin! How Idiotic!
The menu, options, UI and UX are not user friendly, have to click & select many options to reach simple summary. Single items are not selected by default.
Students make better app these days.
