Thanks for making this app better then other app specially for login information which is two way for authentication passwords
I am using your app since 2 years and I really like the user interface which is quite useful and better then other banking app
The only thing in your bank app is there’s no touch id face recognition access features available in this app but apart from this thing this app is much better then others
I can check what ever I need and i am expecting the touch id or face recognition will add soon I have a request please consider my review and start working on it and let people use your app with more secure way like touch id or face recognition
The App is nowhere close to what one would expect from the Multinational Bank like HSBC. It is very complicated app right from login to finding out where to go and find what you want to do. At times I felt the app was replicating the website and hence it was extremely difficult to navigate.
I would suggest your team should have a look at the Apps of Axis Bank or Kotak Bank and see how beautifully they have made it not only user friendly but also the ease of operation right from login in to adding layers to doing the transaction.
I have been banking with HSBC for over 23 years now and I would expect them to move ahead with the time.
Worst app and Worst website too
I thought HSBC is a international bank, so its products would be so nice. But here it’s completely opposite. Such a worst app I’ve ever seen in my life and I don’t think I’d see one again.. Actually the website made me choose app which is more worst than app.. website is almost like text filled pages with stupid font.. everywhere text without any space.. is it a newspaper??? I spent so much time in trying to pay my credit card bill but in vain i tried app. At last I had to choose bill desk payment.. If negative rating is there I’d choose that.
