Worst of the worst bank I have ever seen just fake offers they give do most transactions and you will get this you will get that I’m doing fund transfers online transactions every month but they haven’t sent me the gift and when you write them they are least bother to reply to your email Pathetic bank I would say no respect for the customer I have applied 4 times for the credit card submitted the documents as well and had never heard from them back and now I’m holding CITI, HDFC and AMEX cards and these burgers say I’m not eligible for the criteria as if they will only provide the cards to Ambanis and Tata’s.What to say further they are non sense and they don’t care you can call them Beggars. They are running the offers for fossil smart watch and when I enquirer about this there was no proper response if u guys don’t have information about your offers then why the hell you are putting them on the web.
The new update has killed it
I am sorry to say but after the latest update in design etc the app doesn’t works properly at all. Text is out of place, login is slow and more issues here and there. One major issue i am facing is I can’t see all my FD’s under the deposits section. Only the oldest 3. That is all. Other than that no FD’s are being shown. I don’t know how and why you have approved such buggy software for an app of a bank of your reputation. Even the earlier version of app was at least 90% much better than this one. Really having a tough time and the icing on the cake is that the customer care or the bank doesn’t listens to all these issues at all and if they do then they don’t work on it at all. I am frankly thinking of moving away from ICICI to some other bank after association of so many years. Not happy any more.
Issue with activation
I have experienced an issue while trying to install the latest version where it asks for activation of the app every time. The reason being, we can select an mpin option or internet banking password option while installing the app, but if we select the check box of Use Touch ID, the real issue happens. For the first time it will allow us to login, but from second time on wards, the application will ask for activation again which is the problem. So to avoid this, choose only one option of use mpin or internet banking password or Touch ID, but do not mix two options like mpin and Touch ID. Hope all the affected users find this review as helpful.
