Unable to de register credit card from indus mobile

Sharing my painful experience with Indus mobile. I registered my indus mobile using credit card accidentally so indus mobile shows only my credit card. It does not show my savings bank.
I raised several requests through phone customer service, email escalation and branch executive. None of these tickets reached the back end technical escalation team.

Indus customer support team is not professional. Everyone I saw is keen on closing the case to meet the management sla. None in support seems to care about the case resolution for the customer. All they care is to close the ticket and meet their targets. What a pity.

Support Management doesn’t seems to monitor critical escalation cases raised through email. I feel stranded as none is there to help me.

I have not able to reach out the technical team regarding my issue. But their support system won’t let me reach. Hence trying out feedback on Indus mobile developer community.

The issue that I have is my indus mobile is linked to my credit card only. May be it is an effect of the link with my old indus net user I’d.

Right now I want to deregister credit card and register fresh with my debit card or new indus net user account.

Indus mobile developer team. Can you help me?
I will be glad to show the problem in detail . Looking forward for a sooner fix from you.

Poor app

Dear Team indusInd bank back end team as i am using your bank credit card for just last 2 months and after 2 months i have placed 2 request on your customer care regarding the service which is completely unacceptable and the app user interface and the app services is not like to become a customer but fortunately i am holding your bank credit card so i can’t do any but i have a suggestion to you and your app developer please tell them to change the app user interface and and little things extra like view un billed transactions and view last month statement view paid amount and very important things make it little fast so every time i app is open quickly

Worst Mobile Banking App

Dear IndusInd App Dev Team,

I never bothered to write a review or rate for any app but after using your developed app i feel it is worth writing. I wasted my 45 minutes just to view my CC statement.

1. Interface loading doesn’t work properly.
2. Customer data loading goes on and on like it is a never ending process.
3. Enable to fetch the statement in almost 10 straight attempts.
4. Problem in account login and got successful in 2 attempts out of 5.
5. Still not able to view my statement which is really pathetic.

I assume that the best response i will get in return to me after reading this review will be an internet issues or network congestion or server maintenance. I would like to tell that i used the other bank app to check my network or internet issue and found everything brilliant with them.

At last I can only say that either the App dev is not your cup of tea or IndusInd bank doesn’t bother what you are developing and providing to customer.
