All of a sudden the perfect application has developed bugs, with capital B.
Wanted to give it a five star rating for perfection, but now the application misbehaves.
Even after a perfect logout, at next login I receive a message “You are active on some other device. Please login through that device”, whereas I only use the application on one device only.
Please rectify the error immediately.
Needs to be improved more.
I’m using multiple bank accounts and mobile banking application. But IOB is one of the worst application I have ever used. Seriously the concern team have to look on this things and needs to be improved it more.
Mobile applications are very important in this generation for full-fill our day to day needs.
Need to improve the apps
This apps need to improve the services and it’s not responding sometimes
