Jio Chat is very capable chat program for text messaging, audio and video chat. Jio is using too much marketing and advertising on Jio chat. Even if the sender name is deleted temporarily, they can send advertisements again. There is no way to block unwanted messages.
We generally use chat for personal contact. Whatsapp and hangouts (the app developers) never send messages to users. There should be freedom for app user to add or block contact. Advertisements are too many.
Crash and close app automatically
Sometimes app crash and close itself automatically and when we open app again it crashes again amd again untill we make some different action soooo irritates
Very bad service
Very bad service. I try to complain about my network issue through this app. It will prompt to update app and there is no update available. I am paying for 5gb daily every month. I was not able to utilize 1gb every day. I am calling customer service for almost one month. Sometimes they say network issue. Most frustrating part is when they say because of number of users.
