Please remove this apps immediately .. becouse it is not use full for customer. every time i open this apps and after at a time close without any error show . So I think you remove this apps at your in application record . Either update this apps and after launch this application for customer use.
No response from developers
The last release was 7 months ago!! Even if serious bugs and crashes are reported there is no response from the developers. Jio should take down these services if they don’t intend to serve properly.
App Keeps crashing
App shuts down when “find a hotspot” is clicked. Tried several times, reopening and also after rebooting the phone.

Tried on Jio LTE as well as home wifi.
Yes wifi profile is installed on the phone.
Please fix the issue.
I think there is a bug in the google maps api.
