Justdial panel is not reliable

I’m Nancy owner of ASTRO KENNEL I have a complaint why Astro
kennel Name has been replaced with some Other the pet store vikaspuri
which is located in vikas puri.. astro Kennel running three listing one in Vikaspuri other ones in Janakpuri and a third one in Gurgaon justdial panel is not a reliable platform where we can trust… since 2010 we have been connected with Justdial for a very long and we were having a Paid listed and we put it hard work and all team efforts done by ASTRO KENNEL for quite a long years and all of sudden you replaced over business information and deleted over all the pictures which we were posted for quite long years and videos but you cannot remove the reviews we have all the recording and we are putting the attachments also in a social media so that people should not suffer the way we are suffering.. even you can crosscheck the reviews on the pet store Vikaspuri is of ASTRO KENNEL and the owner Nancy we have 222 reviews it’s obvious that someone who just came in the Justdial panel before a month cannot have this kind of huge reviews
we will Going to take this to higher authorities you don’t know what would be consequences.. we will also put this thing on Twitter as well as on more than in Facebook and on Instagram to spread it all over we have put a hard work from many years to make our business as good as possible and being spread Quality

A scam happened with me while going thru JD.

Does, just dial really verify a outlets number before they tie up w any one of them? I really dont think so, coz recently what happened with me was i was looking for a distributor at just dial for my business purpose & as soon as i called at that outlet called [fresh for you, Malad (E), MUMBAI] a random person picked up my call and told me to complete the process by transferring 5₹ at first place so as to ask for further details and talk with the owner/manager of the outlet. While the process was going on that person gave me a number and a link and i was directed to a page directly where i was being asked about my details while transferring online. As soon as the process ended i got a message from my bank and 5k₹ got illegally deducted from my account which was a total scam & fraud, after that still i kept on getting calls from them the whole day with full of verbal abuses. I know the whole city, Mumbai. Is going under a lockdown process but its a difficult time for its customers as well right? Where we are in need of the single penny. I hope the complaint department of JD will help me out or else I’ll make sure that JD’s reviews will go down, its ratings will fall & i will end my business tie up with JD.
