- Users will be displayed with terms and conditions popup after clicking on Book now in seat selection page. And also user has to 'Accept' the terms and conditions to proceed further with payment.

Crashes during payments
Sometimes crashing of app is there while doing payment with other wallets but overall gud app
App unexpectedly closed and money deducted and no confirmation messages
Last night i booked two tickets and at the payment step app closed unexpectedly and money was deducted from my bank account. And i tried to contact customer support and they were not reachable. Now they are saying my tickets was confirmed that time itself. There was no confirmation mail or text message at that time about my tickets. I don’t want tickets. I want my money back in my bank account.
Subtitle availability
There should be an option that shows subtitle availability for English films. Other than that, the app is excellent with easy to use interface.
