Day light fraud
Sending wrong contract note is a common thing. If previously you had activated 60 days challenge and if you in profit they will do things you cant imagine and show you in loss after 60 days. Like in my case they are calculating un realized P&L. If i didnt sell my stock how can you consider that loss in 60 days challenge. Seems like only in last 5 days remaining they started considering unrealized loss. Their app is not good. Trust me don’t activate 60 days challenge if you want peace of mind. Days when i am in good profit kite would not execute my order while my friend with same wifi is able to place order and work in kite. Diff he has not activated 60 days challenge. If your order didnt execute and again you try and then it does. After some time when ur trade will be in loss kite will execute your first order which you might have forgotten. Smartly they call it technical glitch which only come to people making profit in 60 days challenge.
Issues during 15mins of market opening
I like this app it’s easy to use, although here could have been some more features like Greeks and Touch ID integration but that’s okay. What I’ve been experiencing lately is that when market opens the ticker stops for a long time and that’s really annoying could place orders on time as ticker is frozen. Happens for the first 10mins then starts to fade out. No my phone is not slow and internet is great there have been many people I talk to having same issues. Not able to exit position in first minute in profits and then incurring losses just because it was working slow.
The support team is the most futile team . There is an online process to start the account with these guys but please remember it isn’t a complete online process . They will ask you to come down and submit documents. While they activate your account they will not let you see your bought stocks unless you give them those docs personally irrespective of the inconvenience of travelling down to submit those papers .
Highly unprofessional support desk who doesn’t answer your queries and is non accommodating to your requests . An online process of opening an account which needs a lot offline customer side effort .will not at all recommend opening an account with them .
