Charge over and above their estimates

I had called for a tempo and got it loaded within 10 mins of its arrival. Then the vehicle took 4 hours to deliver stocks whereas at the most it takes 2 and a half hours max to reach the delivery point.

After reaching the delivery point stocks were unloaded within 15 mins and then I receive a notification saying my dues were ₹1065/-, whereas I was given a range estimate of ₹492-₹723.

I reported the same on the app and their representative was quite rude. Wasn’t trying to understand that they took a longer route which led to me being overcharged. After this experience I will probably never use this app nor would I recommend it to any of my peers. Btw I’m a distributor for MNCs and LYNK could’ve gained a long term loyal customer. Sorry for your loss.

No trucks even after booking confirmation.

So i Booked a tempo at 12:45. Firstly the app displayed the booking time as 13:10. Why? Even the operator at the call center did not know. Then the gentleman keeps me on hold for almost 10 mins and comes back to say that “ Sir there are no drivers in the booking area, as soon as there is one we will direct them to you.” To which I asked “What is the approx time?” Then he says “ Minimum 30 mins”. And need I say more?? It was like already I had been waiting for 40 mins for them to arrive and they have the audacity to ask me to wait for another half n hour, that too they were not sure wether they will be able to provide a ride.

Would give no stars if i could

Theres no point in creating a hifi app without sincere people to work for them. I ordered a tempo which made me almost miss my train. Took 2.5 hours to reach the railway station where I left after them and reached in an hour. To top it off, they ask extra apart from what is showing in the app! Making me run to my train in the last moment, with a huge bunch of luggage (which i could not book thanks to these idiots) and then asking for extra money? For what, getting me late? Didnt give that money ofcourse. Uninstalled immediately after the first time i used it. Horrible experience.
