The application can direct you to the nearest CNG station or a drop box to pay your PNG bill. The CNG savings calculator will aid in your decision making for switching over to CNG. From CNG kit supplier to tips for car care and safety are all available at one-touch. Cool features like meter reading upload, viewing domestic bills, payment history and making payment through secured gateway have been provided for your delight and comfort. Safety and security has been top priority so “Know your Meter Reader” helps in identifying the genuinity of your meter reader. With this “App” you need not dial the call center just lodge your complaint through it and it will be attended with the similar priority . MGL Connect is Mahanagar Gas’s endeavor to serve its customers better.

Can’t take meter reading
The app is not able to record the most basic thing - record the meter reading. The older version was still ok where you can submit the reading using the complaints section. The new version fails and gives error about credentials after several minutes. The choice of colour and font size is very poor - not at all professional. With each reading you have to mandatorily take a picture of the meter - why can I upload the already taken picture if the app forces me to try several times.
Completely unusable app and forcing me to go with assumed reading by MGL.
Application never works with all features
I have been using this application for many years, but I have consistently encountered issues with its functionality. It often takes 6-12 months to resolve just one problem, and even when installing a new version, there are still options that don't work properly. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences with an application in my life.
Worst app I ever seen
Useless app. It takes huge time to fetch bill once u click view bill. And success rate is 1%.
You can not submit meter reading, although option is given. U can not use support, it says u have 0 connections. I really I don’t understand why this app is created??? Is it created just to see bill of the month. I regret that there is option to give zero rating.
