MUBI offers a monthly and a yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 7 day free trial period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

It puts an arthouse theater at our fingertips, adding a new film every day from an eclectic library of stunning world cinema. The simple interface makes it a pleasure to discover cult classics, eye-opening documentaries, and hard-to-find dramas we might’ve missed.
Request to delete free trial account even before I’ve started
I am trying to enter mubi but I cannot enter site beyond home page. I cannot login, cannot start free trial, cannot reset password. I think its stuck in a limbo, I dont even know if now Mubi has made the account from its end , and if they will start automatically deducting money after seven days. I cannot understand if the account is operational. Yet it says account exists when I try to create a new account using my email. My experience with the app has been DISGUSTING. Could you kindly delete my account (if it is operational) from your end if possible. I have had enough of Mubi even without starting with the app. Many Thanks.
PS: you dont have to make everything so complicated.. if i am trying to send a feedback, I shouldnt be wasting half hour because all names are taken.
