Not working properly

I have recharged for ₹448 to my phone number through this Airtel app. They have taken the amount from my bank and the success of the recharge has not been shown both as the message as well as in the Airtel app. After that I have called to the customer care service they said that no recharge had been made to your number. They will return your amount within 7-9 working days. Therefore I have recharged by phone number with EC ₹509. Ten days has gone, I have called the customer service and asked for the return of amount they said that your phone number has been successful recharged two times therefore we will provide you the higher value of pack. And the another one will be cancelled automatically.

There is no fault on me. After getting customer service consent I have made the recharge for my phone number. And now they have saying like this. Recharged should be aware of and not the customer service. Then why should they have customer service?

Airtel has to wind up the customer service or else they have to built a better customer service.

I received a message stating I would get 5GB for 10 DAYS on downloading the app and clicking on its banner! Post downloading it I could see no banner..there some major issue happening with Airtel, I being an old customer feel really cheated with the service being given and to top it off the behaviour which I get at the store near my residence.
Just lately I got my SIM changed because of sudden call drops but then problem still persists plus I’ve started getting very low 4G signal bars at my residence, on complaining the only reply I received was “we can’t do anything, we are forwarding your issue..someone will get back to you” it has been over 2 weeks and there’s been no follow up!

Very disheartening that this telecom company is behaving like this.

Network issue never resolved


Severe call drops poor Data speed even worse than what you get in 3G where as they are claiming that Airtel is no. 1 and fastest 4G Network, I am sure to mention here that above statement is an myth. Even after numerous complaints Airtel’s network conditions never improved and au had to port out from Airtel because of the same reason and now I am using JIO and I m happy that I made a right choice it is far far better in network and internet speed as compared to Airtel that too at 1/3rd price of what Airtel charge you for its poor services. Pathetic customer service, will made you wait for 10-30 minutes to even receive your call and they took more than 4 days to change the bill plan.
