Cheating company


Network issue never resolved and ask us to port to Jio, my next priority after this review. Why would I pay and still gets call drop while Jio network had no such issue let alone being free. Pathetic customer care services. Gives no offers they are even providing to other new customers and after asking for port they are offering services costly than competitors. Customer care is pathetic above all, no way to call them, even charges for complaining them, abruptly disconnect call midway. ABOVE ALL THEIR HELLO TUNES ADS while making any regular call. ARE U GUYS IDIOTS. WHY would someone stick to such pathetic company that is selling the ads even to existing customer. SOMEONE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO GET FIRED.

Airtel app is broken and network is bad


The Airtel app doesn’t work. I can’t check any data usage for few weeks now. I have not been able to make payments for 2-3 months using the app as it shows network is down error every time it happens every time. I had to login and pay if I’m asked to download app for smooth and hassle free transaction and track usage the airtel should ensure its app works. Customer care is useless and network is useless, slow or not working and the costliest in India. If we are paying higher prices than other service we should get better service than others but with airtel it’s reverse..high prices crappy service

It's just a pathetic app for me, it never shows correct information. As I already recharged my no with 399 pack still it gives me notification of pack expires and even I have done top up still it gives me popup of low balance.
Earlier it was showing proper information about the ongoing pack on your number with the money balance and data balance with expiry date also but not nothing being shown to their customer then how are you dealing your customers. Even in your app, there is no option to raise any queries, then how are you providing support and facilities to your customers.
