Dear Sir/Madam , After having lots of Problems finally I found a way to express my view about the services Provided by Very Reputable Company like Ideia . I been Your Coustmer since last few years, lately the quality & services become very Disturbed. Cities & surrounding area having good reception in calling & with wifi connectivity too, Only my area get very poor quality in both . I have an opinion & Suggestion . I would be really helpful to you as a company & me as a consumer helping each other by having a tower , Which will take care of almost 2500 to 3000 Costumers in Total . Dear all, when you require OTP from this app, it sents us OTP to register our mobile into their mobile app, what was that OTP you know, like this "ju9J9pU", is now users have the patience to fill the OTP with small letters and big letters and including numbers, instead of using only numbers, by using this tricky and problematic OTP is really needed now. When I tried to contact them, they keep me online for one hour and did not respond wisely. Once upon a time, these service providers were the monopoly and played with us. Now by God's grace, JIO came into the market, these service providers should shut down all games. No need to install these kinds of unorganized apps into your mobile. This is one of the most worst app, which I never come across. Unorganized and tricky app. One should think twice before install these sadistic apps.

The most horrible network anybody could have! And the service provided by the idea customer care is the worst! There is no proper organisation between the team themselves. It’s a small problem of mot receiving my data notification alerts and I’ve nearly contacted them for almost a month, everyday! And the only response I’ve received is that my number is escalated and their backend team would call back. After which, they wouldn’t even bother to respond nor call back. The next time you call back again asking the update, they’ll listen to the problem like they’re for the first time! This is last ever time I’d take an effort to mention about their network and service. Kindly take a step back and have a second thought before you switch to idea!
