App Crashes after iOS 11.2.2 Upgrade

The app is crashing as soon as we open it. This is happening after 11.2.2 upgrade. Pls fix it ASAP as I can’t pay bills, view broadband data consumption or raise service requests.

I have been using 2 post paid connection for the last 3 years, but no preference to old customers. This bloody company closed all the plans and saying pay 400 + GST we will give calls free for 400 minutes. No SMS No Data. If you don’t want to do business close down. Why you are harassing customers like this.

Cheating people’s money

Since I have requested them to close my account. From last year n not all using also but sending pay bill the amount n one time for 713 n second time for 240 . Do you people want to cheat people like this . You ll never succeed . Poor connection poor customer service.
