Any good software has to go through multiple releases to fix old bugs and release new features.
With this release, we are fixing one major bug that was blocking existing users to use the App.
Good Move to Loyalty Program, But Infrastructure Needs to be Improved
I would like to congratulate you on the great move to Loyalty Program. I liked the app design as well. Clean and subtle.
But any software or app is meaningless without backend infrastructure. And this is the challenge I see with the success of this app. Being a IT Business Consultant, I visit CCD almost every alternate day for quick business meetings. But almost 90% of the time, internet and modems are down at these outlets in north and central delhi. This prevents me from earning beans and encashing offers which overall kills the motto of rewarding loyal customers.
Hoping you have plans to let customers earn beans in offline mode.
There are two points I would like to mention.
1. While carrying out a transaction the beans get deducted even if I have not chosen the pay using beans option. I should be able to decide when I want beans to be used for transaction. So many iOS users have mentioned this but still there is no action taken to remove this glitch from the app. Being such a successful business you should be able to attend to such small glitches which is affecting the large number of iOS users. It does not reflect good on your business.
2. The forced review of the app after every transaction does not make sense as people generally give 5 stars just to get rid of the long review which makes you write comments if one gives a poor review. It should be made voluntary or should appear after a fixed number of transactions. Only then you will get a realistic review of your app.
Being a regular customer of CCD for years I believe that such small requests from your customers should be addressed to keep them happy. Which is what you are here to do.
Working fine till 28 Aug 2016
It was working fine till 28th August, after which when i made the transaction it asked for feedback of s CCD outlet and when i am trying to submit every time getting the message "Internal Server Error". I have tried all possible options to sort out this problem including removing and reinstalling this app many times but still the problem persists.
Kindly rectify this technical issue as currently I am unable to use the App as tts stuck on the same feedback page. Looking forward for prompt action......
