Nykaa Fashion - Shopping App 4+

Nykaa Fashion has such a great curation of brands, but I find it extremely difficult to enjoy a good shopping experience simply because both, the app and the website, are ridiculously slow to navigate. Online shopping is supposed to be a fun and quick way to get your shopping done. But even the simplest tasks take forever - adding an item to the cart, adding an item to wish list, moving an item from wish list to cart or vice versa. Not once has it happened instantly. Every time it shows the loading symbol with the Nykaa logo animation. It is genuinely frustrating to spend triple the amount of time to navigate and sort your cart. There are so many times I don’t end up using Nykaa Fashion simply because I don’t have the time. It’s bizarre. Please please work towards creating a more efficient app and website, with quick processing of inputs. Also, a huge tip - please add the “wish list” shortcut to the items on their thumbnails itself in the app and the website. Half the times on the web, even after you open the product page it only shows “add to bag” option. It’s bizarre.

I am here to inform you guys first they deliver incomplete order then i file return after that there customer service is to slow then you have wait more than 10 mins for reply i manage customer care no they email the photos of product and they can’t return approved i call then continued more 6 days more that 50-60 calls well i know of customer excuetive by name after that they aarange my pickup then cancel my return request. They try to do scam after I tweeted and i call on customer support she. Its internal process we email delivery partners truth is that its like that because no return is filed after waiting 2-3 days i call them back they denied accept my pickup then i call more than 4-5 times explain my problem one of them she rearranged my return request and approve it but but didn’t email to delivery partner to pickup thats it’s incomplete order THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY PATHETIC Don’t deserves .

I lose all faith from online shopping i have to call them each and every process to be proceed . Then I finally managed to return my order i gone file complaints against them Really tired and frustrated Don’t buy from any product from they are frauds i am not the only one who suffered. Don’t buy from them they are scammers #loosefaithonnaykaafashion

“Shipment has been returned to the warehouse by courier partner. The refund will be initiated once the shipment reaches our warehouse. Once refund is initiated from our end, it will reflect in your payment source within the next 5 business days.”
This is the message I received without any explanation on why the shipment was returned. Useless chat and on call support and they just read what I already see on the app’s delivery tracking messages. I spoke to L2 support as well after constantly asking the 1st level to transfer the call but in vain. When the company doesn’t allow to buy products on credit why do I have to wait for the product to return to the warehouse for getting my money back when I did not initiate the return. Such fraudulent d-grade service and company cheating on customers! Displaying discounted products doesn’t help - you need to deliver products as well and take complete ownership of answering your customers.
I ordered total 7 products - 6 got returned all of a sudden and 1 reached my local hub (as per tracking messages). Seems there is an issue with my address. If there is an issue with address how did the last product reach local hub??
Just opening a company and creating a platform doesn’t help!! Hope you understand that Nykaa!!
