Ola Cabs 4+

I use Ola extensively however I am facing major issues with the cab drivers, autos and all kinds of rides. It is only because the drivers REFUSE to do short distance or any distance that includes “Ola money” or “Ola postpaid”. They literally cancel rides only because it’s either they don’t want to do their work or blame the company saying that the money doesn’t get to them soon. So they only accept google pay or cash.
As a company you should brief your employers that once Ola money has been booked, it cannot be changed to cash. There was one instance where the driver took cash from me and the Ola money got deducted too.
Something like this is absolutely not acceptable. Eventually you have to brief them and make them aware of such things.
Again not all drivers but most of them are extremely rude and mean. They just refuse to accept any bookings. I waited for 2 hours and yet couldn’t find a ride. It was partially due to increase in demand but mostly because they accept and then cancel the ride. I’m extremely disappointed with this.
So as a company, try to have a discussion with your employees and probably tell them how your app and your features and your compensation to them for the rides work. It is important to make them aware of this.

What a service they gave wow ,I book a ride and the payment mode was cash the driver take me to the destination I gave him cash and 20₹ tip also ,after some time Ola customer care call me 3 times and ask me that I have make payment or not I tell them I gave him cash and they are telling me that the driver denied that I have make payment I ask them to make my contact to driver but they said that that is not in their policy ,after that I ask them that that payment will due on me or not they so no there will be no due on your account later a week ago I book a ride again and they are showing that I have due on my account ,I tried to contact Ola customer care but there is not any option for customer care in aap even though there were no online number when search on google and contact number they provide was offline ,First of all I have tell Ola that when we book a ride on Ola the driver call us and ask what is your payment mode If we tell that we are going to make online payment the driver cancel the ride from his side and if we say we are going to may cash payment the driver accept the ride ,come on don’t tell me that you cannot do anything for that if the driver was liying ,This is 21st century there is soo many technologies you can use to see where the driver was lying or not , You can use mini camera in their vehicle to see that the costumer is honest or the driver is lying ,delete your aap never going to use it again.
