Worst company ever!!


The best part is when i bought my iPhone x and I searched a query about the insurance on their portal for insurance. The service was good at that time and as i was left with few minutes to purchase the insurance due to day change they called me several times to buy it so in hurry made the payment and didn’t read the Terms & conditions afterwards when i filed my first claim for water damage they took 1 months to get it replaced, when I dropped phone which was a accidental damage immediately called for a claim they registered and took 6 days to say me that sir you are not eligible for replacement as this second time and the companies policies are such that customer is not eligible for replacement twice within a year. IF THIS WAS YOUR POLICIES SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME JUST AFTER THE FIRST CLAIM. Worst company and had to use my 1,00,000 rs ripped phone due to there lack of information. The person who called after 6 days to say you are not eligible for 2nd replacement of the phone within a year said the terms and conditions are there on website you can check it, crap man its your companies website how would i come to know if you change them overnight and am i a fool to read all these. They should’ve informed me after the 1st claim if this is the case.

WORST! Don’t buy it! It’s terrible


Firstly, if you show interest. They will call you 50 times a day. Even though u have told them you are busy and have asked them to call at a specific time. Then they will harass you to make the payment. Keep calling to check if you have. Once it’s done. They abruptly cut the call. & you can never get in touch with them post that. For the claims. It’s one out of 20 probably in the case of iPhones. They will do brilliant service for one iPhone. Otherwise forget about your phone. They don’t even give it back. Secondly, while purchasing the product. They give you a guarantee replacement / repaired phone WITHIN 12 days.
When u are about to make the payment. It conveniently becomes 15 days.
And as soon as you’re done with the payment. It becomes 30 days! Absolutely garbage. I have bought Times global insurance which is well renowned. Cheaper. And Best service. They even help you when you’re abroad. For example I got my screen damaged in London. They replaced it within a fortnight. Just had to pay the service fee which was nominal. DO NOT BUY ONE ASSIST

Dont buy their product!


They made it a norm to call me 5 times a day everyday. I thought it was some kind of PSA from my bank, but no, they were trying to me sell their product without making me aware of it. And by withelding the chargable amount. When I requested them to cancel it they kept forwarding my call to "cancellation team" to "refund team" and so on. This one time they blatantly cut my phone, the reason stated - they couldnt hear my voice, even though I could hear them clearly. And once the call was connected to their "cancellation team", they tried to stall my cancellation request as much as they could, providing me all kinds of discount that they had lined up for their dissappointed customers.

They finally accepted my cancellation request. I don't think I will buy their services in the future considering this was a terrible experience.
