Revolutionary idea needs some good investments and you people lack it
Extremely torturing Application.. Features which are buggy:
1) Subscription when paused and then resumed, don’t work the way they should.
2) I cannot updated the quantity of product in active subscription. I have to delete my active subscription and create new one for my updates.
3) Your chat application should have notification sound because nobody keep in staring on chat screen for 15-20 minutes of wait time.
4) Your customer care number is more pathetic than the app, because nobody answers the call, and it should be IVR and toll free.
5) Your delivery vertical is irresponsible, very frequently they do not deliver but my deduction for delivery is regular to deduct money, thanks to your idiot cron job.
Every bright idea needs a good investment, in terms of logistics and Good Professional, responsible and experienced Team. You are lacking Good Delivery Logistics and Good Application Development Team, stop depending on developers who are practicing their skills on the main pillar of your business, hire experienced skillset, and make sure you give them good time to develop the product efficiently.

Very poor UI and transactional notifications
Even though its a useful service the overall user experience is very poor. The transaction completion message appears as sql statement. It look likes this app has been developed by some engineering inters. Guys you are a big name in the startup, at least do something for your brand image. The chat feature is very very bad. You cant even go back to your chat history and you will never know when your question will be answered.
The billing detail page just show debit and credit entries and it shows the GST refund as your last recharge.
Guys your service has a great potential, do not waste it with this ridiculous app and customer care service. Please hire some professional app developer and customer care executives.

Worst customer support and delivery!!
Rating is not for app but for customer support and chat service. They promised to deliver before 7.30AM but I just received a delivered message at 7:34 AM and actually delivery boy came at 7:50AM that too with half delivery. When I messaged on chat window, it was showing 9 minutes to reply. After 9 minutes I opened the chat window again and it is showing 20 mins to reply. It is now more than a hour there is no reply. I tried reaching their customer support but call gets disconnected after saying your call will be recorded. I don't know whom to contact now. I have loaded 1000 rs and stuck there, I hqve to now utilize that amount and come out of it.
