We've been hard at work addressing numerous bugs that were causing disruptions and inconveniences. From minor glitches to more significant issues, we've tackled them all to ensure a smoother and more reliable app experience.
Starting April 2024, the app will only be compatible with iOS 15 and higher. Please update your device software before that.

Easy replacement of my AirPods
I recently started to experience sound issues with my left pod, resulting in a lack of sound coming out of the left speaker. I contacted Apple and they asked me to contact Servify.I scheduled an appointment for pickup and delivery service with Servify. They replaced my AirPods free of charge, and my new pair arrived swiftly.

Horrible customer service team and super slow in work
Please don’t go to Servify. They will take your phone and then no response on the work . It’s almost 2 weeks - my phone is not returned yet. Money is taken.
When you call up their customer service team you have to hear their attitude. Just waiting for my phone back — I won’t go back to Servify again and recommend everyone to stay away from them - trust the local repair shop they will repair your phone in one DAY.
