Verify your mobile number bug
In the current update today, it is asking to verify your mobile number all the time upon logging in. I’ve re-verified the mobile number twice successfully and also received the email confirmation regarding the same as well. I did re-installed twice to fix it but the issue still persists. I believe, this is a bug in the app which needs to be rectified at once as it is misleading towards the user. I spoke with your chat agent regarding the same but they have no solutions rather stating that ”Please check after some time”. This statement sounded very flimsy as they gave up instead of comprehending the issue and taking it as feedback in return. Overall, I'm disgruntled with the entire experience and the issue has been eluded from your customer support too.
P.S. I'm a Premium User and the issue doesn't exist in the desktop at all.

Honestly, the app is worst in all terms.
The most worst part is the customer service agents will call you every now and then just to sell their packages. They just want to milk money out of the poor people who wish to get married through these online websites.
There are ample number of profile which are fake and company created. They will force you to get a paid membership saying there are many matching profiles which are available only after being a premium member. Its totally false and untrue.
You will see the same profile inspite you ignoring it and will reflect in ur daily suggestions.
Number of fake, too good to be true profiles are created so that your lured to get a paid membership. In the end after paying you end up finding nothing.
Please don’t pay even a single penny to these fake people and try and find a suitable match within your family and relatives if possible.
Many times you end up not knowing ones background and then getting cheated.

Issues regarding login
I used to be a premium user an year ago however I am not able to login to my account from last one year ..tried reaching to customer care executives but they always come up with some kind of apprehensions ..I rather suggest developers to come with some kind of app which will work at some point of time rather than this filthy app ..furthermore they also blocked my account for no reason ..overall app n developers doesn’t deserve atleast 1 star ..too much disappointed after hearing such excuses from executives and app ..try fix it or delete this app permanently from App Store ..
