Snapdeal is a great online shopping app. I like this app as I get heavy discounts and offers, the company occasionally runs such offers where you can save a lot of money. Also by play games in the app itself you can get some discounts in every item you purchase. I have saved a lot by using all this offers and promos. Also, Snapdeal does not compromise with any of the product quality. I do a lot of shopping from this app and I was never disappointed. Delivery and other services are also equally good. Even in lockdown, they maintained the quality.

Fraud company duplicate products

I had ordered 14 perfumes from them which was ordered in one order only I started receiving the products one by one I received 9 products seven times in a day my servant had received the product when I opened one of the packings which was cool water 2 bottles it was smelling full of kerosine and the bottle and cap was also of a different bottle the box was also fully wet with some chemical I then opened eternity I sprayed it and was smelling of some chemical they are selling duplicate products or expired products and the invoice of the products are also delivered wrongly there is something else in the package and the products delivered is also different their helpline number is also faulty as their ivr system is also not working when the delivery boy came to collect the product back as I don’t want faulty and duplicate products I had initiated a return request he took the product but refused to sign or give any receipt that he is taking the product it’s a complete scam
Pls don’t order any products from snap deal as they are cheating customers no customer support and there is no way to contact them they don’t bother to call u beware !!!!!!!!.i have cancelled my other orders as I have not received them yet and waiting for my money to be refunded never pay in advance and never order from snap deal ever let the deal be however attractive

Poor customer service and doing fraud with the customers

No, very poor service from your side. not at all accepted. You’re doing fraud with the customers. Firstly of all, I was searching for a book and went to snapdeal to compare with other websites. After few hours their executive called me saying it’s a very good deal for today and she ordered the book without my permission. Next day, I saw a text message saying your order is confirmed and will be delivered soon. How could they do this, like without customer’s permission placing order for them. Secondly I received a text message at 12:30 pm which says your order will be delivered within 2-3 days so I went out for sometime while coming home ,I saw their delivery man with the book at 2 pm and by mistake my parents took the book. The delivery man told, I can’t take it back, you have to request for refund from the app or website only and He also said that he will only come for pickup again. I requested for the refund as it COD they said my money will be return through banking so I followed the procedure. Next day, I received call form their side saying as it’s COD, refund is not possible now and so and so. I was frustrated by this. I will never order a single thing from your website.
