Request for Dolby Vision Support on iPhone for sunnxt App

Dear sunnxt Support Team,

I am writing to express my strong interest in seeing Dolby Vision support added to the sunnxt app for iPhone users.

As a satisfied subscriber to sunnxt, I appreciate the high-quality content you offer. However, the viewing experience could be significantly enhanced by enabling Dolby Vision on iPhones. Dolby Vision technology delivers a superior HDR (High Dynamic Range) experience with exceptional brightness, deeper blacks, and a wider color gamut. This would allow viewers to enjoy sunnxt content with even more lifelike visuals and a truly immersive experience.

I understand that iPhone models starting from iPhone X (released in 2017) boast displays capable of supporting Dolby Vision. Integrating Dolby Vision support within the sunnxt app would unlock the full potential of these devices and provide a significant boost to the overall viewing experience for iPhone users.

Many other streaming services already offer Dolby Vision compatibility on iPhones, making sunnxt stand out in a negative way for its lack of support. By implementing Dolby Vision, sunnxt can stay competitive and offer a truly premium viewing experience that aligns with the capabilities of modern iPhones.

I urge you to strongly consider adding Dolby Vision support to the sunnxt app for iPhone users. This would be a welcome improvement that would greatly enhance the value proposition of your service.

Annual subscription amount deducted but cannot enjoy service

Its been 3 days I purchased annual subscription from app store. Amount is deducted from my credit card, but whenever i try to use app it says need to subscribe and after clicking restore subscription it give me an error invalid customer ID. I have sent email to support team with invoice but there is no response till now even after 3 days. I understand there will be delay due to lockdown and skeleton support but 3days?? Support which they claim as 24/7 is pathetic.

Update: After reporting in social media platform I received response from support team and case ID was raised (took 4days to raise ticket after sending email). However issue is resolved now and able to use the service. Need to improve support. Updated rating based on application usage.

A small suggestion

App is really giving a tough competition to other OTT platforms I am glad that I am using a made in India app. I appreciate sun network for this app. My only concern is ease of using this app can be improved
1) I am not getting full screen mode on mobile where as I am getting it on TV
2) algorithm can be improved for good suggestions because whenever I login I see the same content even I already watched it
3) search suggestions can be improved and please track the searches and you can add old South Indian movies based on searches
