Not Usable
Like many govt initiatives this one too is good only on the papers. The App is unusable, as I am unable to login to the App. Wonder why the concerned minister never questions if there are no complaints received or if the number of downloads is too low.
Hoping against hope that someone will read this review and make the App usable.
I always get an error, “Please make sure you internet connection is connected properly or not”.
Instant resolution of issue
I discovered this app recently. I raised a complaint regarding a malba dump. The issue got resolved by the next day. Awesome!!
App could be better though. They could add option to reopen the complaint or any other help desk number inside the app in case there is an issue. Also may be the contact number of the person who is working on the issue.
Certain Mistakes
While I am yet to use the App to lodge a complaint, I am writing this review to tell the developers that spelling of COMPLAINT is written as COMPLIANTS. Please make necessary corrections so that people do not laugh.
Also one of the users has reviewed that no action has been taken on his complaint for a month. Authorities then should not spend lakhs of rupees on Radio Advertisements about this App. WHATS WRONG GOVT!!
