We aren't aware of any issues with the app opening. Please contact us using the support link on its store listing for direct help. UPDATE: Our crash reporting system has revealed a problem affecting only 1 user yesterday. The crash appears to happen at launch. We have a fix but due to other work won't be able to update on the app store for some weeks. If you contact support, using the link on the app store listing for this app, we can provide a temporary solution to allow you to continue using the app for now.
