Application / Data not updated
* It is not working smoothly.
* Every time you click on some tab, it shows pop up data not available.
* No real time back end updates for salary release status, no pay slip update, no PF update.
* Sometime your whole dashboard is showing blank without employee photo and other direct menu logo.
* If you try to select any menu from left side menu list than application suddenly crashed and closed.
* Approx after 23:00 application automatically goes to may be dark mode and blackout, even you can not see the menu name or tab name.
When you send the mail for any help on documents than you will get default reply that you can download it from TeamLease smart assistant web application. How can we get required documents if you guys are not updating mobile application on real-time.
Pay slip download issue
* This message is for TeamLease app developers. I have tested this app on iPhones and it has a glitch due to which iPhone users are unable to download the payslip for the desired month. For example when I am viewing the pay slip for the month of Feb 2019 and tap download, it displays a message file saved to gallery and when I open my gallery Feb pay slip won’t reflect instead March 2017 pay slip gets downloaded. No matter what month you select the only pay slip that gets downloaded is for March 2017. TeamLease please fix this .
