Awesome!
Having used the app for a couple of years, I'm a devoted fan and truly admire the remarkable work done by the TVTime team. I must say, the recent update has significantly enhanced the app's overall refinement. However, if I may, I would like to make a suggestion to the team: it would be fantastic if they could incorporate a chat feature into the app. I believe it would greatly enhance our experience by allowing us to engage in conversations with our followers and the people we follow.
End of October update: good try with some misfires
I would give the app 5 stars even with the redesign, but i don’t understand the relevance of the “Watch Next” tab on the home page of the app. Why isn’t “Upcoming” the first tab when you open the app? I downloaded the app more than a year ago because it helped me keep track of which episode was coming up next and when it would air. Even if you want to keep the “Watch Next” tab because of your algorithm or whatever other reason, at least give us the ability to re-arrange the tabs on the home page to our preference. My “Watch Next” tab only show tv shows I’ve already watched. The most important feature of this app always was “Upcoming”. Time to bring it front and center.
App Updates
There’s no response from the support team what so ever everytime I open a ticket in the app the ticket is closed in a day or two without resolving the issue. Then I reached through mail there was an automated response where I reported the issue again. Still no response or update for almost a mont now. I raise so many tickets with my user ID in the app you guys just close the tickets without any response There was a response stating the below content it’s been more than a month how does the support team not have any information We have your original ticket on file, and you will receive your badges once the Support team has the resources to award them to your account. Thank you.
I feel like no one is using this app now a days coz of the unresponsive support team.
