the magazine has become lightweight since Carter left. I hate the new format and I am contemplating cancelling my subscription

Poor customer support

Trying to cancel automatic renewals on my iPad subscriptions but there seems to be no way to do it.

1. I have misplaced my password but the 'forgot password' tab doesn't work.
2. Sent a mail to the id provided in the FAQ section of the app but no response.
3. Used the link provided in the FAQ section of the app but the linked page never opens
4. The 'App Support' tab for Vanity Fair in the App Store takes you to the home page of Condenast!! Not sure what I can do there.

Be great if I can get a response.
