Customer service team
I had lot of expectations about this bank people , even the customer care service people I think only this is the bank where they don’t teach customer care service people how to answer the customers call and how to be polite, they have hopeless team , out of the expectations they are they don’t provide any helps instead they will start abusing you without listening to us, and they blame you for nothing, please do not say they are your customer care service. It’s really disappointing. They take so much of time atleast more than 10 mins to answer the calls. They are not proficient, I think only Vijaya bank is the one 24 hours server will be loaded, because of that I had faced lot many issues.
After installing the app it may work just once or twice and then it just crashes whenever you open it. The only way to get the app running back again is to uninstall it and then re-install it. The crash repeats again and then you continue on with the above mentioned solution. This needs to be done all the time.
Since I am terribly fed up with this app I have thought of uninstalling it forever and also just closing my account with this bank! This issue has been there for a long time now and there has been no updates with bug fixes released so far yet for the same!
The worst mobile banking app
Wanted to transfer 8k to second party so when I was transacting showed a pop up message saying that “please try again later. Problem with the server “ so I checked my balance the balance was same i later tried as instructed again the same issue occurred but after 3 hours when I logged in to my account checking my balance status I was shocked to see my balance “16k was deducted from my account” for which I wanted only 8k to be transacted!!! Seriously guys pls don download this app !!!
