You can edit audio files with tools like cut, copy, paste. You can also add audio effects including echo, amplify, and noise reduction.
WavePad Audio Editor supports a number of formats including vox, gsm, and more! Whether you are a professional or an at-home enthusiast, WavePad has all of the tools you need to edit audio files. Typical applications include ringtones, voice-overs, trim sound bits, and many more!

WavePad contains optional in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly while purchases are one time payments (these are not subscriptions)
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period,
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and cost depends on your chosen package
• Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Best application on iPad for Background Noise Removal
I was very frustrated bcz I couldn’t find a way to remove the background noise, but now I found this app and it’s pretty good. I hope the developers keep updating the app and add new features.
I have a feeling that this app will reach the level of GoodNotes and Procreate in feature.
Good Job…

[Update] Import and Export from files
This is my updated review.
Thank you for listening and allowing us to import music much freely. I really appreciate the effort you are making. I am using wavepad for more than a decade now and no other software on the desktop I touch, when it comes for basic to advance audio editing.
However I still miss very important feature that I use on desktop everyday. I request you to please add “trim silence” option where I can strip silence based upon the audio level. Also, please allow us to export audio file on at least OneDrive / google drive. Or just allow us to copy it on other application.

We can’t import audio files other than itunes. At least allow files app to browse for import.
You can allow export to local file as well, otherwise there is no point of purchasing this app. If you wish to remove these restrictions in the future I will surely buy on that day. I find editing on desktop more useful, if not convenient everytime.
